Making an appointment

Please contact your stylist directly to make an appointment. Their details can be found here.

Before your appointment

If you have or have had contact with someone who is showing symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 14 days, please do not come to the salon.

If you have a persistent dry cough or a temperature, please do not come to the salon.

Patch testing Post covid-19

If you have had, or suspect you have had Covid-19, a patch test will be required before any colour service. It is also recommended if you have recently had a Covid-19 vaccination. Please contact your stylist to arrange this.

Arriving for your appointment

To limit the number of people in reception, please only arrive at the salon just before your given start time. 

If your stylist is running late when you arrive, please take a seat in reception and socially distance wherever possible from any other clients. You may also consider waiting outside if you wish, or wait in your car just a little longer - not ideal we know, but this will minimise the risk of transmission. 

Please come by yourself for your appointment, unless you are accompanying your child for their haircut if at all possible, as there will be very limited seating in reception and to reduce the number of people in the salon at any one time.

If you are late for your appointment there is a chance your stylist may have to reschedule, but of course they will always try and accommodate wherever we can.

In the salon

Please follow general guidance for social distancing and respect other's space. We want everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed during their visit.

Hand sanitiser will be available throughout the salon, please use on arrival.

There will be no magazines or children's books at reception for the next wee while.

The stylists will be following strict hygiene and sanitation protocols throughout the salon including furniture and equipment as well as their own PPE.

Screens will be utilised at reception and at the backwash area for the stylists' and your protection.

Masks will be available to clients if they wish.

We all know it's going to be just a little bit strange for the next few weeks or months. We want to make your visit as relaxing as possible. If you are at all unsure about anything, please just ask your stylist, they will be more than happy to help.
