I'm just working through the appointment book from March and contacting everyone who had an appointment booked in from then to try and arrange an appointment from when we open on the 15th. So far, I'm up to the 8th April....please bear with me! COVID-19 Update! Good news at last! We are all very excited to hear that salons in Scotland will be allowed to reopen from 15th July, and we are sure you all are too! We ask for your patience just a little longer as we are waiting to see the recommended guidance to have a clearer idea of how the salon will run then we can take steps to book you all back in. Once we do know exactly how we will be working, this is how we are planning to make this work as easily and fairly as possible... We will initially be contacting existing clients who have been affected by lock-down. Anyone in this category who has emailed or messaged us - we will get back to you! Anyone with an existing appointment already booked on or after 15th July can come in as arranged. If we need to amend the booking to fulfil working conditions e.g. staggered start times, we will be in touch. We will also let you know when online booking services and telephone bookings will be available. Please be assured we will be following government guidance to ensure the salon will maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness to make your visit as safe and risk free as possible. You will be informed of the salon's procedures to minimise risk for yourself and the team at the time of booking. Hello! How is everyone doing? Just dropping in to say hi and hope everyone is safe and well. I’m currently lying on the sofa with a cat on my lap! We’re still not able to speculate about how and when we’ll be open again - I’m sure you’re all following the news as closely as we are - though, top tip - take time off from the news and social media now and then if you can. It definitely helps your headspace.
